Maintenance

The Difference Between a Service Call and a Disaster.

Simon Climate Solutions offers flexible maintenance plans tailored to your equipment and usage, available on a quarterly, every four months, semi-annual, or annual basis. Every customer's needs are different, and we will only recommend what makes sense for your system, never more.

Regular maintenance is one of the most cost-effective investments you can make in your equipment. Keeping condenser and evaporator coils clean reduces runtime, prevents compressor overheating, improves efficiency, and significantly extends the life of the unit. Routine visits also allow us to catch small issues before they turn into costly breakdowns.

The proof is in the results. The customers on regular maintenance plans consistently experience the fewest problems and the longest equipment lifespans. That speaks for itself.

Clogged condenser & evaporator coils

Dirty coils choke airflow. The condensing unit runs longer to hit temperature, your hydro bill climbs, and the compressor overheats. Eventually it fails. We clean coils before they kill the compressor.

Low refrigerant charge

A system slightly low on gas still runs, but it works harder than it should. Caught early it's a quick top-up. Caught late, your walk-in is at 10°C on a Saturday night.

Blocked drain lines

When a drain line clogs, water backs up and starts dripping inside the cooler. Soggy boxes, ruined product, slip hazards. We clear them before that happens.

Worn components, caught early

Loose contactors, weak capacitors, failing fan motors. We find them on a scheduled visit, not at 11pm when service rates double.

The SCS Difference

Why Our Customers Don't Break Down.

Plenty of techs can swap a part. Here's what actually sets SCS apart.

01

We Actually Wash the Coils

Most techs blast a coil with compressed air or a brush and call it clean. That just moves the dirt around. We wash coils properly, so they're not just cleaner-looking, they're actually clean. It's the single biggest thing that keeps a compressor alive, and almost nobody does it right.

02

You See the Proof

Before and after, documented. You see exactly what your equipment looked like and what we did to it. No vague invoice, no "trust me." Scroll up, those coil photos are real jobs, not stock images.

03

Honest Diagnosis, No Upsell

The trade has a reputation for selling you a new compressor when it's a forty-dollar part. We tell you when something doesn't need replacing. We only recommend what your system actually needs, never more. That's how customers stay customers.

04

You Call, You Get Morgan

No dispatcher. No call centre. No "a technician will be in touch." You call SCS, you get the technician who does the work. Same person on the phone, on site, and standing behind it.
